Total Health Habit Program
Our Total Health Habit Program focuses and small sustainable change and community support. Each month we spend 2 weeks focusing on a habit in a specific area to improve our overall health and wellness. Topics change each month. You can participate in some or all of the monthly programs.
Participants can join our River Health and Wellness Total Health Habit Program Facebook page (not required for participation).

Anytime Wellness Programs
We have a variety of 2 week habit change programs available in a variable start date format. You choose what you want to practice and when you start. The programs are designed to help you make small and sustainable changes by choosing a specific habit and working on it for a two week period. There are built in lessons and habit check in’s to help keep you on track. There is no live interaction so you can participate at the time of your choosing.

The Eat Real Food Program
Overeating, along with the consumption of over‐processed foods, is ruining people’s health. This 2‐week habit coaching program encourages you to increase your frequency of eating healthy single ingredient foods while reducing unnecessary processed ones.
The Mindful Intentions Program
Mindful Intentions are daily, thoughtful acts to map a life you truly enjoy. In this program, you will be guided through 14 intentions to experience and learn a simple practice. You will start to live less on autopilot, and become more conscious about setting intentions. The greater awareness you develop by living a more mindful life, the more focused you become to accomplish your goals.
The You Are What You Eat‐ Food Tracking Program
There is a lot of value in the actual act of recording what you eat. It’s a behavior that takes seconds to minutes a day to do, but each and every time you pull out your app or diary, you remind yourself of your healthy living desires and strategies. This 2‐week habit coaching program encourages you to build the habit of recording what you eat.
The Change Your Snacking Habits Program
Snacking can reduce our natural hunger cues and ruin our appetites. This can result in irregular eating paterns and lack of eating routine. This 2‐week habit coaching program will help you eat regularly throughout the day while being in tune with your hunger and fullness cues. It will help you ‘re‐connect’ with your body.
The Hydrate Like A Pro Program
Water is the most important nutrient in your diet. Nothing else comes close. It’s therefore a truly vital resource for the human body. This 2‐week habit coaching program encourages you to drink fresh water with every meal.
The Reduce Your Stress Program
Stress holds us back from being the best we can be. This 2‐week habit coaching program encourages you to reduce your stress by trying different ways to control it in your life.
The Improve Your Sleep Program
Understanding the power of sleep and how to get as much highquality sleep as possible is one of the healthiest things you can do. This 2‐week habit coaching program will help you plan a sleep routine and guide you toward better sleep.
